Loading Date Range definition

Loading Date Range means the Day, or range of Days, during which Buyer's nominated Vessel must tender NOR at the Loading Terminal.
Loading Date Range means the time period specified in the Confirmation or as further narrowed by agreement between the parties, within which the Vessel shall tender NOR at the Loading Port and be ready to load Product and within which Seller shall make Product available for loading;

Examples of Loading Date Range in a sentence

  • If Buyers fail to discharge their obligations to take a lot of the Goods with due respect of such Loading Date Range, Seller shall be entitled at its sole discretion to unilaterally repudiate the Contract or part thereof out of court, not paying any penalties and without any reimbursement to Buyers.

  • Seller shall also notify Buyers of the Goods’ readiness for shipment, not later, than 5 days prior to the 1st day of the Loading Date Range.

  • Loading Date Range nominated in accordance with this Clause shall be fixed and binding upon both Parties.

  • If Seller, for whatever reasons, is not able to advise Buyers within the established period of the Loading Date Range and thereafter intends to make such nomination within a shorter period, the Parties will negotiate in good will to find a reasonable solution to such situation.

  • Not later than the beginning of the month, when each lot of Goods is delivered, but in any case not later than fifteen (15) days prior to the Delivery Date for this lot, Seller shall advise Buyers of the following: quantity of the Goods planned to be delivered with this lot; and 2-day Loading Date Range, as defined in this Clause.

  • Where Marketer's Tanker is or will be late for the Agreed Loading Date Range (ALDR-3) and in Exporter's reasonable opinion this is likely to directly cause production at the InterOil Refinery to be curtailed, then Exporter may request Marketer to use an alternative acceptable Tanker capable of arriving within Agreed Arrival Date to avoid reaching terminal tank-tops.

Related to Loading Date Range

  • Closing Date Refinancing means the repayment, repurchase, redemption, defeasance or other discharge of the Existing Debt Facility and termination and/or release of any security interests and guarantees in connection therewith.

  • Generator to Load Distribution Factor or “GLDF” shall mean a generator’s impact on a Flowgate while serving load in that generator’s Balancing Authority Area.

  • Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.

  • Seasonal high water table means the level below the natural surface of the ground to which water seasonally rises in the soil in most years.

  • AHYDO Catch-Up Payment means any payment on any Indebtedness that would be necessary to avoid such Indebtedness being characterized as an “applicable high yield discount obligation” under Section 163(i) of the Code.
