Loading and Unloading Space definition

Loading and Unloading Space means the loading and unloading space on the Ground Floor of the Development provided in accordance with Clause (18)(a) of the Government Grant for the loading and unloading of goods vehicles in connection with the Development, which is for identification purpose only shown and coloured Yellow and marked “L/UL” on the Ground Floor Plan certified as to its accuracy by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto;
Loading and Unloading Space means any space along the periphery of a commercial building, except the front, and on the same property with the main building, designed and intended for unloading or loading goods destined from or to the place of business.
Loading and Unloading Space means a loading and unloading bay or space of the Residential Accommodation as required under Special Condition No. (25)(a) of the Conditions, which forms part of the Residential Common Areas and Facilities; means all that piece or parcel of ground registered in the Land Registry as Tai Po Town Lot No. 225 including any future extension(s) thereto; mean the maintenance manual for the Works and Installations as mentioned in Clause 74 of Section X as may from time to time be amended or revised in accordance with the provisions of this Deed;

Loading and Unloading Space means the loading and unloading space provided under Special Condition No.
Loading and Unloading Space means a loading and unloading bay or space of the Residential Accommodation as required under Special Condition No.(21)(a) of the Conditions, which forms part of the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and for the purposes of identification only shown coloured Indigo and marked “L/UL” with loading and unloading space nos. L1 and L2 on the DMC plan(s) (certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person) annexed hereto; means all that piece or parcel of land registered in the Land Registry as Inland Lot No.9076;
Loading and Unloading Space means a space no more than ten (10) metres in length, unless indicated by a traffic control device, on a portion of a roadway designated by the Designated Officer and marked by a traffic control device for the purpose of loading or unloading, permitting vehicle stopping therein for a period as indicated by the said traffic control device.
Loading and Unloading Space means a loading and unloading bay or space of the Residential Accommodation as required under Special Condition No.(26)(a) of the Conditions, which forms part of the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and for the purposes of identification only shown coloured Yellow and marked “LOADING BAY” with loading and unloading space nos.L1, L2, L3 and L4 on the Lower Ground Floor Plan, Part Plan of Lower Ground Floor (Portion 1) and Part Plan of Lower Ground Floor (Portion 4) (certified as to their accuracy by the Authorized Person) annexed hereto; means all that piece or parcel of land registered in the Land Registry as The Remaining Portion of Tuen Mun Town Lot No.463; mean the maintenance manual for the Works and Installations as mentioned in Clause 74 of Section X as may from time to time be amended or revised in accordance with the provisions of this Deed;
Loading and Unloading Space means the one (1) space provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(21)(a) of the Government Grant for the loading and unloading of goods vehicles, and for the purposes of identification only shown coloured Yellow and marked “L/UL” on the G/F PLAN of the DMC Plans;

Related to Loading and Unloading Space

  • Loading space means an off-street space or berth on the same lot or parcel with a building or use, or contiguous to a group of buildings or uses, for the temporary parking of a vehicle while loading or unloading persons, merchandise or materials, and which space or berth abuts on a street, alley or other appropriate means of access.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;
