loading and unloading bay definition

loading and unloading bay means a loading and unloading bay (whether being used for residential or non-residential purposes) situated in the Development for the picking up and setting down of passengers from private cars and taxis in connection with the Development;

Related to loading and unloading bay

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;
