Loader Contracts definition

Loader Contracts has the meaning set forth in the proviso of the definition of Indebtedness.

Examples of Loader Contracts in a sentence

  • For clarity, the equipment and other assets the subject of the Loader Contracts shall remain the property of the Company Group.

  • From and after the Execution Date and continuing for so long as an affiliate of the Seller is providing fuel services to the Company, vis a vis Buyer and Seller, Seller shall be responsible for all payments owed to the counterparty under the Loader Contracts.

  • Scheduled Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.
