Load Testing definition

Load Testing has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12.
Load Testing means testing in accordance with DNV 2.7-1 and any other load testing that may be required following repair to any primary structure members of a container. OEG means OEG Offshore Pty Ltd (ACN ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇) of ▇-▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; Operator means an employee or contractor of OEG who performs Services for the Customer at a Worksite. PPSR means the Personal Property Securities Register established pursuant to the PPSA; Purchase Money Security Interest has the same meaning as under the PPSA; Schedule means the Schedule at the front of these General Terms and Conditions' Security Interest has the same meaning as in the PPSA. Standards means the Equipment manufacturing design codes and standards including but not limited to: Worksite means the location where an Operator will perform Services for the Customer, as identified in the Schedule.
Load Testing. For vehicle lifts, your insurance company will require a load test certificate. If you can provide a suitable vehicle or applied load with a weighbridge certificate at the time of installation our engineer will carry out the test and issue a certificate free of charge. Should our engineer or agent have to make a return visit or you require us to provide the certified weights there would be an extra charge. This test is required for MoT authorisation.

  • Performance Testing shall include both Stress and Load Testing to verify Contractor’s System performance in accordance with the SLRs.

  • Authorization will be subject to applicable charges as determined in an executed Order Form, due prior to the commencement of the Load Testing.

  • Load Testing and calibration Work is to be carried out in MDL Premises.
