Load Shedding Priority definition

Load Shedding Priority means a load shedding priority as set out and described in the Operational Schedule; Load Type means, in respect of each Delivery Point, the uses to which Gas withdrawn or taken from the Network at that Delivery Point is put, as described in the Operational Schedule in respect of each Load Shedding Priority; Local Area Retailer for premises means the retailer nominated as the local area retailer for the premises (or for the geographical area in which the premises is located) under the NERL; Measuring Equipment means all the equipment and facilities (including Basic Metering Equipment, Communications Facilities and Daily Meter Reading Facilities) forming part of a Delivery Station or a Receipt Station required to measure the Quantity delivered to or at the Delivery Point or Receipt Point;
Load Shedding Priority means a load shedding priority as set out and described in the Operational Schedule; Load Type means, in respect of each Delivery Point, the uses to which Gas withdrawn or taken from the Network at that Delivery Point is put, as described in the Operational Schedule in respect of each Load Shedding Priority;

Examples of Load Shedding Priority in a sentence

  • The Parties agree that for each Demand Customer Delivery Point for which no ELMS Data has been provided Evoenergy, acting reasonably, is entitled to curtail delivery of Gas to that Delivery Point or request that a User or Customer cease withdrawing, taking or using Gas at that Delivery Point at any level or to any Quantity it deems appropriate in its discretion and without taking into account the Load available to be reduced or ceased at any Load Shedding Priority at any other Delivery Point.
