LNG Buyer definition

LNG Buyer means the buyer under the applicable LNG SPA.
LNG Buyer has the meaning given in Schedule A of the CSAA.
LNG Buyer s Facilities” means the facilities at a unloading terminal necessary for berthing of LNG vessels and the receipt, storage and regasification of LNG which, if not operational, would reduce the amount of LNG which LNG Buyer is able to receive from LNG Seller. “LNG Seller’s Facilities” shall mean the LNG Plant and marine and other facilities necessary to produce and deliver the LNG sold under the LNG Sales Contract.

Examples of LNG Buyer in a sentence

  • During unloading of each Cargo of LNG, Buyer shall cause Buyer’s Facility to return to the LNG Vessel Gas in such quantities as are necessary for the safe unloading of the LNG at such rates, pressures and temperatures as may be required by the design of the LNG Vessel, and such returned Gas shall not be deemed to be volume unloaded for Seller’s account.

  • During discharge of each cargo of LNG, Buyer shall return to the LNG Tanker natural gas in such quantities as are necessary for the safe unloading of the LNG at such rates, pressures and temperatures as may be required by the LNG Tanker design.

  • If the quality of the Off-Spec LNG delivered by Seller is not materially consistent with the expected variance notified by Buyer or Seller pursuant to Section ‎6.3.1, upon which expected variance Buyer’s decision pursuant to this Section ‎6.3.1(b)(ii) is based, then notwithstanding Buyer’s initial acceptance of such Off-Spec LNG, Buyer is entitled to reject all or part of such Off-Spec LNG pursuant to this Section ‎6.3.

  • During discharge of each Cargo of LNG, Buyer shall return to the LNG Tanker natural gas in such quantities as are necessary for the safe unloading of the LNG at such rates, pressures and temperatures as may be required by the LNG Tanker design and commonly accepted operating practice for such LNG Tanker.
