The LMRC will serve as an open forum for the free and candid discussion of matters of mutual concern to faculty members and management.
The LMRC shall render its findings within 10 working days from the date the matter was referred to it.
The grievance timelines will commence at the date the LMRC issues its findings.
Where the LMRC cannot resolve this issue, the matter will be referred to the College President for final resolution.
The President will provide written reasons to the LMRC for his/her decision.
In the event the Parties cannot agree on the application of the definitions in Letter of Understanding #6, the issue will be referred to LMRC.
