LMRC definition

LMRC has the meaning provided therefor in Section 2.1 of this Agreement.
LMRC shall have the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Examples of LMRC in a sentence

  • The LMRC will serve as an open forum for the free and candid discussion of matters of mutual concern to faculty members and management.

  • The LMRC shall render its findings within 10 working days from the date the matter was referred to it.

  • The grievance timelines will commence at the date the LMRC issues its findings.

  • Where the LMRC cannot resolve this issue, the matter will be referred to the College President for final resolution.

  • The President will provide written reasons to the LMRC for his/her decision.

  • In the event the Parties cannot agree on the application of the definitions in Letter of Understanding #6, the issue will be referred to LMRC.

  • DMRC means Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited.

  • FIS means free into store delivery, which requires the Supplier to pay all costs and be responsible for all requirements associated with the supply and delivery of Goods to the Company at the delivery site described in the Order, including all costs associated with transport, insurances, licences, authorisations, duties and taxes.

  • Merchant Network Upgrades means additions to, or modifications or replacements of, physical facilities of the Interconnected Transmission Owner that, on the date of the pertinent Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Upgrade Request, are part of the Transmission System or are included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan.

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.
