LMPS definition

LMPS has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
LMPS means the Recipient’s document entitled Labor Management Procedures, dated February 2024, as such document may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the ESCP, setting out the way in which Project workers will be managed in accordance with the requirements of national law and of the “Environmental and Social Standard 2: Labor and Working Conditions”; and such term includes any annexes, appendices, or schedules thereto.
LMPS means maximum permissible levels.
