  • Each of the LMC Members and the VE Member Representative shall have executed and delivered the Litigation Management Deed and the Litigation Management Deed shall be in full force and effect.

  • If the Members are unable to agree on a single appraiser within 30 days after the date of such Notice, each of the LSAT Member and the LMC Members, acting together, will have an additional ten days to select one appraiser nationally recognized in valuing items of the kind required to be valued.
