The Contract is governed by English Law and the Consultant and LLWR hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

On request the Consultant shall execute any document properly required to vest such property in LLWR or its nominee.
LLWR may require the Consultant to take further action to ensure that the Services regain conformity with the programme.
