LLV. With respect to any Loan, as of the date of its origination, the percentage equivalent of a fraction (i) the numerator of which is equal to the maximum availability (as provided in the applicable Underlying Instruments) of such Loan as of the date of its origination and (ii) the denominator of which is equal to the liquidation value of the Related Property securing such Loan that is subject to a first priority lien in favor of the Originator (as determined by the Servicer in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy and in a commercially reasonable manner).
