LLR Dwelling definition

LLR Dwelling means an AHP Dwelling let or to be let at a London Living Rent and on terms which comply with the applicable provisions of Condition 10.4;

  • The level of rent for any LLR Dwellings will be set at the LLR Rent Levels and the Grant Recipient will review and, if applicable, adjust the rent of any LLR Dwelling in accordance with Condition 11.4.2 each Financial Year.

  • private dwelling means any part of a structure that is occupied as a residence, or any part of a structure or outdoor living area that is accessory to, and used wholly for the purposes of, a residence;
