LLC2 definition
LLC2 means Onex ClientLogic Holdings, LLC, and any successor in interest thereto that is also an Affiliate of Onex Corporation.
LLC2 means a limited liability company formed by Pubco under the laws of Delaware for purposes of the AME Merger, all of the membership interests of which are held by Pubco immediately prior to the AME Merger;
LLC2 means Onex CustomerONE Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
