LKL Note definition
LKL Note means, collectively, (i) the term loan promissory note issued to LKL on June 28, 2013 pursuant to the LKL Facility and (ii) any additional notes issued by the Company as “payment-in-kind” in lieu of cash interest otherwise due and owing under the LKL Note.
