LIVING COMPONENT definition
LIVING COMPONENT means the PENSION provided from the LIVING ANNUITY CAPITAL ACCOUNT; provided that the amount of such PENSION shall be subject to the approval of the TRUSTEES and the PRINCIPAL COMPANY, in consultation with the ACTUARY, and to the restrictions of the REVENUE AUTHORITIES as specified from time to time.
