Live work units definition

Live work units means buildings or spaces within buildings that are used jointly for commercial and residential purposes where the residential use of the space is secondary or accessory to the primary use as a place of work.
Live work units means a dwelling unit which may be used for residential or work purposes by the residents of the unit and which may also be used for work purposes by persons not residing in the unit.
Live work units means the use of a dwelling unit by the resident for work purposes which may include offices, personal service businesses and retailing of goods produced on site.

Live work units means the residential live/business and work units located in the Parkade, which Live/Work Units shall be described in the Parkade Condominium Plan by reference to floors, walls and ceiling within the Parkade, and all interior doors and windows of a Live/Work Unit or part of that Live/Work Unit, and which Live/Work Units may be used for a business;
Live work units means a mix of both residential and commercialuse within one apartment or townhouse unit. The commercial office or retail space must be at least 30% of the total square footage, accessible from the sidewalk, and be utilized for commercial office or retail only.
