live-work unit means a unit intended for both residential and non-residential uses concurrently;
piece-work means any work the pay for which is estimated by the amount of work performed irrespective of the time occupied in its performance;
Collective Work means a work, such as a periodical issue, anthology or encyclopedia, in which the Work in its entirety in unmodified form, along with a number of other contributions, constituting separate and independent works in themselves, are assembled into a collective whole. A work that constitutes a Collective Work will not be considered a Derivative Work (as defined below) for the purposes of this License.
Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.
Site / Work place means the lands and other spaces above & below the ground level on which the works are to be carried out, any other lands or places provided by the Owner for the purpose of the Contract.
