Live Use definition

Live Use means use by Customer of the Software to process actual data for Approved Purposes, and not for testing purposes or in connection with the transition from the Customer's prior system to the Software.
Live Use means that Customers are able to load the Website and apply for access to the CreditView Services.
Live Use means any intentional use of the relevant Deliverable by the Customer to operate a live production environment other than any such use that is carried out as part of a planned Acceptance Test;

Examples of Live Use in a sentence

  • You agree that You will begin First Live Use of each Item only if at such time there are no amounts due to Epic under this Agreement that are unpaid and You agree that Epic will not enable an Item of Program Property for live, production use by You if You are not current with Your payments to Epic.

Related to Live Use

  • re-use means any operation by which products or components that are not waste are used again for the same purpose for which they were conceived;

  • Exclusive use means the sole use by a single consignor of a conveyance for which all initial, intermediate, and final loading and unloading are carried out in accordance with the direction of the consignor or consignee.
