Live-transfer definition
Live-transfer means transferring a consumer, by telephone, from one telephone agent to another telephone agent, without terminating the telephone call before the transfer.
Live-transfer means calls which, at the Support Customer's request, are directly connected to a PROVIDER support engineer.
