Live Processing definition

Live Processing means the first day upon which the Modifications in Final Form are brought fully on-line and used to process transactions for Customer and Customer's clients. Live Processing shall not be deemed to occur prior to Acceptance, however, if such transactions are processed primarily for testing purposes or if Customer, upon written notice to Company, commences operation with the Modifications while testing is still in progress or while deficiencies that provide a basis for rejection are still being corrected.
Live Processing is the period beginning when meter enrollment is complete, and all bills received by ENC for the enrolled meters can be processed.

Examples of Live Processing in a sentence

  • The Initial Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until the third anniversary of the commencement of Live Processing.

  • On or before the Live Processing date, Company and Customer shall agree on a Marketing Plan to be attached as Exhibit E to this Agreement.

  • This Monthly Fee shall be payable upon the commencement of Live Processing and monthly thereafter during the term of this Agreement.

  • Customer may terminate its subscription pursuant to this Agreement by (A) delivering to Company at any point after the first anniversary of the Live Processing date notice of such termination, which notice shall become effective one hundred twenty (120) days following such date of notice and (B) by paying to Company all Monthly Fees through the date of such termination and all license fees then remaining under this Agreement.

  • The Company agrees that, except by mutual consent no individual's schedule shall be changed without twenty-four (24) hours' notice or a crew's schedule, excluding crews in the Live Processing and Evisceration Departments, without five (5) working days' notice.

  • Mentis warrants that, when i nstalled and used in accordance with the Documentation, the Licensed Software will operate i n all material respects in conformance with the Documentation applicable thereto, for a period of ninety (90) days from Go Live Processing.

  • Crew schedules in the Live Processing and Evisceration Departments may be changed with less than five (5) working days' notice when there is a change in the live processing schedule that is beyond the Company's control.

  • In the event that this Agreement is not sooner terminated as provided for herein, upon the expiration of the Initial Term, Customer may renew this Agreement for up to two additional one year periods, commencing on the third and fourth anniversaries of Live Processing (each, an "Additional Term") provided that it continues to pay the Monthly Fee as provided in Section 4.3.

  • Cannabis processing facility means a person that:

  • secondary processing means concentration or other beneficiation of iron ore other than by crushing or screening and includes thermal electrostatic magnetic and gravity processing and agglomeration, pelletization or comparable changes in the physical character of iron ore;

  • Centralized prescription processing means the processing by a pharmacy of a request from another pharmacy to fill or refill a prescription drug order or to perform processing functions such as dispensing, drug utilization review, claims adjudication, refill authorizations, and therapeutic interventions.

  • Processing facility means an establishment that prepares, treats, or converts tangible personal property into finished goods or another form of tangible personal property. The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations. It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.
