Live Performances definition

Live Performances means instrumental performances by means of pianos, guitars, etc. or singing by singers. However, the singing does not include such singing to the accompaniment of karaoke sing-alone machine.
Live Performances. The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the New Song in unlimited non-profit performances, shows, or concerts. Licensee is not granted the right to receive compensation from performances with this License. For clarity and avoidance of doubt, the Licensee does NOT have the right to sell the Beat in the form that it was delivered to Licensee. The Licensee must create a New Song for its rights under this provision to vest. Any attempts to resale the Beat in its original form by Licensee shall be a material breach of this Agreement and the Licensee shall be liable to the Licensor for damages as provided hereunder. Subject to the Licensee’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensee shall be required to account or pay to Licensor any royalties, fees, or monies paid to or collected by the Licensee, or which would otherwise be payable to Licensor in connection with the use/exploitation of the New Song if the Licensee receives monetary compensation in breach of contract as set forth in this Agreement.
Live Performances means any and all activities in the ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY at which the ARTIST may appear or perform in person.

Examples of Live Performances in a sentence

  • There will be two rounds of competition at the Live Performances.

  • Finalists MAY NOT utilize live props or dancers during the Live Performances.

  • The CD with music and Finalist’s name clearly labeled should be submitted at least one hour prior to the start of the Live Performances.

  • The winner will be announced at the conclusion of the Live Performances.

  • As small Live Performances Are Cancelled Limited In Size Or Postponed.

  • Finalists, and/or their guests or associates who exhibit offensive behavior during any portion of the Live Performances may result in the disqualification of that Finalist from further competition.

  • This diverse collection of assets is adaptable to a broad variety of creative contexts including Music Production, Game Audio, Motion Graphics, Advertising, Art Installations, Live Performances, Audio Branding, Cinematic Trailers and much more.

  • If special accommodations are required to be made to the Premises to ensure the Live Performances do not constitute a nuisance (which may include sound insulating construction as designed by a Landlord approved acoustician that limits noise and vibration emanating from the Premises), Tenant shall be responsible, at Tenant’s sole cost, for such improvements as a Tenant Alteration.

  • This diverse collection of sounds is adaptable to a broad variety of creative contexts including Music Production, Game Audio, Art Installations, Live Performances, Audio Branding, Cinematic Trailers and much more.

  • Such Live Performances shall be tailored to the specific nature of the Project as a high rise office building.
