Live Operations definition

Live Operations means use of a Subsystem in a live operational environment, whether or not any Interfaces or applicable Modifications are included in such use.
Live Operations means use of a Subsystem (e.g., the TriTech Software less Interfaces and Modifications) as the primary means of performing its functions. Use of a Subsystem in parallel with Client’s existing system for a period not in excess of thirty (30) days where the existing system is the primary means of performing its functions and the Subsystem is being run in a test environment shall not be deemed Live Operations.
Live Operations means the use of the Software as AGENCY’s predominant xxx (enter system type) system..
