Live Operation definition

Live Operation means the first time a customer or business transaction is processed by the Software other than in a test environment.
Live Operation means, in respect of a Service Instance: that the Go-Live Milestone in respect of that Service Instance has been Achieved; or in the event that there is no Go-Live Milestone in respect of that Service Instance on an Implementation Plan, when the Service Instance is, in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, in live operation;
Live Operation means the first day an End User begins successful operation of Software Products as defined by a mutually agreed specification and uses the Hardware Products for live gaming at the casino.

  • Therefore, Customer will not commence Beneficial Use before System Acceptance and Live Operation Cutover without Motorola’s prior written authorization, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

  • If Contractor fails to meet the estimated or adjusted Live Operation date by greater than thirty (30) Calendar Days as the result of its own delay, the Contractor shall pay to the City liquidated damages.

  • Maintenance service under this Agreement shall commence on the first business day on which the Licensed Programs are placed into Live Operation at the End User's premises or the first business day following the end of the Warranty Period under the Sales Agreement, whichever is later.

  • Customer acknowledges that Motorola’s ability to perform its implementation and testing responsibilities may be impeded if Customer begins using the System before System Acceptance and Live Operation Cutover.

  • The Software shall be considered accepted by the Licensee for all purposes under this Agreement upon the earlier to occur of (i) completion of installation of the Software by IFS and acceptance by Visa of the Software as being in substantial conformity with the Functional Specifications after the conclusion of a thirty (30) day operational test period, or (ii) the completion of ten (10) days of Live Operation of the Software.

  • We also accept that SUPPLIER has delivered all the requirement of the referenced contract and the system can be taken into Live Operation.

  • If, at any time, it appears that Contractor will fail to meet the estimated or adjusted date for Live Operation, as set forth in a respective Order, by more than ninety (90) Calendar Days, then the City shall have the option of either accepting the delay and being compensated for the delay costs as calculated above, or terminating the Order for cause, pursuant to Section 6 of the General Terms and Conditions.


More Definitions of Live Operation

Live Operation means that point of time at which the Equipment is successfully used on an ongoing basis in conjunction with the Software as part of Customer's Point of Sale system in the selling of convenience store and motor fuel products. The Equipment Warranty Plan shall not apply to consumable parts or supplies which are used up or which wear out in the normal day-to-day operation of the Equipment (receipt printer paper, ribbons etc.) in the time frame which such parts and supplies would be reasonably expected to be consumed. Malfunctioning Equipment or damage to Equipment caused by the following circumstances may not be considered by Softsense as qualifying for coverage under the Equipment Warranty Plan: (i) Failure to operate continually the Equipment in an operating environment similar to current Emro operations; (ii) Use of the Equipment other than for purposes contemplated by Softsense as generally described in materials published by Softsense respecting the Compu-Touch System;
Live Operation means the point in time when the Customer begins to operate the IGT Systems Products in a Location for patrons of the Customer. EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE SYSTEMS PRODUCTS, PARTS AND ALL EZ PAY® SOFTWARE, HARDWARE AND SERVICES PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO AFFIRMATION OF FACT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STATEMENTS REGARDING SUITABILITY FOR USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE EZ PAY® SOFTWARE SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTY OF IGT AS LICENSOR, OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY IS AT ALL TIMES SUBJECT TO THE NORMAL AND PROPER USE OF THE IGT SYSTEMS PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH PUBLISHED SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS. THE WARRANTY SHALL BE NULL AND VOID TO THE EXTENT ANY FAILURES OR DEFECTS ARE CAUSED BY: (A) ANY UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, OR REVISION OF ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE IGT SYSTEMS PRODUCTS OR PARTS; OR (B) A PROBLEM OR ERROR DUE TO CUSTOMER’S OWN SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE OR THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE. The ninety (90) day warranty period for EZ Pay® Software licensed on a per-game basis will begin at the latter of: (i) Go Live; or (ii) the point in time after the respective EZ Pay® Software component has been approved for installation by the applicable regulatory agency and has been installed such that the software component is ready for use by the Customer’s patrons. Subsequent installation or licensing of such EZ Pay® Software for additional games will not receive a warranty period.
Live Operation means the operation of the Software on the Hardware without significant error or down time, in processing real financial transactions impacting real accounts, but for Pilot Program purposes only.
Live Operation means routine business functions of: member enrollment, issuing authorizations, adjudicating or paying claims, providing program and data access, security, and running QMACS(TM) standard reports through a 30 day business cycle are accomplished using Licensor provided QMACS(TM) Software according to the specifications in Exhibit A.
Live Operation means the date the CLIENT begins using the System to enroll or manage membership, administer providers, record or issue authorizations and pay claims in a parallel pre-production or production environment. In the event CLIENT begins claims processing for University of Utah employees and/or the Public Health employees prior to the date of Live Operation, QCSI will allow CLIENT to limit payment of PMPM fees to membership levels for these two groups only, up to [****] members, rather than payment of PMPM fee for the minimum membership of [****] members.
