Live Mailbox definition
Live Mailbox. [**] CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT HAS BEEN REQUESTED WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS EXHIBIT. Live Mailbox means each mailbox (or group of mailboxes) made available for use by the Referred Customer during the Referral Period. Such amounts shall be payable by Company to Sprint within thirty (30) days of the last day of the month during the Referral Period. Sprint shall not pay financial compensation for Customers referred to Sprint by Company.
Examples of Live Mailbox in a sentence
As used in this paragraph, "Live Mailbox" means each mailbox (or group of mailboxes) made available for use by the Referred Customer during the Referral Period.
Each month during the Referral Period, Company shall pay Sprint a one-time Referral fee of $****/ Live Mailbox (as defined below): (i) which has been Live for at least three (3) months, and (ii) for which no Referral fee has yet been paid by Company to Sprint.
