Live Concert definition

Live Concert means live musical performances promoted exclusively by Licensee, including but not limited to concerts, symphonies, recitals, or other similar performances.

Examples of Live Concert in a sentence

  • RNS are entitled to make a total of 20 recordings under Clause 2 (Appendix 5) annually between 1st April and 31st March, without further media fees due to the musicians, subject to the following definitions: • RNS Live Concert Streaming RNS shall be entitled to record and stream concerts in full, live on any of the orchestra’s in-house and designated online streaming channels.

  • D) The Artist reserves the right to any official releases of Live Recordings, Live Concert CDs, and Concert DVDs, for the entire duration of the contract.

  • If Admission , cover or similar fee is Charged for Live Music and the Total Gross Revenue is Greater than $100,000.00, a rate of 0.8% should be applied to the Total Gross Revenue to calculate the Live Concert Fee.

  • Should a Third-Party Live Concert occur on any of Licensee’s Universities and be co-presented by Licensee and a third party, Licensee shall pay the appropriate license fee unless the third party has paid the appropriate license fee under its license agreement with Company.
