Live Checks definition
Live Checks. Household shall disclose on the face and back of all “live checks” as follows: “signing this check will result in a loan to you that must be repaid with interest and fees” (as applicable) in 12-point bold face type, unless otherwise required by state law. Household shall not charge prepayment penalties on such loans.
