Live Case(s) definition

Live Case(s) means the casework relating to individual Children and Young People carried out by Advocacy Workers under the requirements of providing the Service, where either:
Live Case(s). A case is deemed as being "live" while work, as defined within The Service is actively progressing without undue or consequential delay “Mediator” ‘Parties’

Related to Live Case(s)

  • Targeted case management means services that assist a beneficiary to access needed 2 medical, educational, social, prevocational, vocational, rehabilitative, or other community services. The 3 service activities may include, but are not limited to, communication, coordination and referral;

  • Cannabis production establishment means a cannabis cultivation facility, a

  • refurbishment means repairing of used electrical and electronic equipment as listed in Schedule I for extending its working life for its originally intended use and selling the same in the market or returning to owner;

  • Professional entertainer means a person who performs services in the professional performing arts for wages or other remuneration on a per-event basis.

  • Adult motion picture theater means an enclosed building with a capacity of fifty (50) or more persons regularly used for presenting materials having as a dominant theme or presenting material distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on matter depicting, describing or relating to "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas" as defined below, for observation by any means by patrons therein.
