Examples of LITP in a sentence

  • In the event of termination of Employee at any time during the term of this Agreement pursuant to this Section 5.2, all outstanding awards under the LITP shall automatically vest or become exercisable, as the case may be.

  • For purposes of clarity, the Parties acknowledge that the unvested portions of the RSU awards granted to Employee on February 17, 2021 and March 2, 2022 and the unvested portions of the 2023 Service- LITP Award (other than as provided in clause (iii) above), as determined as of the Separation Date, shall be forfeited and cancelled without payment on the Separation Date or otherwise in accordance with their terms.
