Litigation Records definition

Litigation Records means the entries and filings in respect of the Company in the Cause Book of the Supreme Court and in the Register of Judgements maintained at the Registry of the Supreme Court at the time we carried out the Litigation Search;
Litigation Records has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.6(b).
Litigation Records shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.21 hereunder.

  • Collection Records means all manually prepared or computer generated records relating to collection efforts or payment histories with respect to the Receivables.
