LITIGATION LETTER means the letter agreement between Tenneco and Packaging relating to the notice and defense of existing Third Party Claims.
LITIGATION LETTER means that certain letter dated as of even date herewith that provides for the payment by the Permitted Holders of certain expenses and liabilities that have arisen and may arise under the Alfa Laval Litigation.
