Lit Building means a building that, at the time in question, is either a Hub provided by WinStar or equipped with a radio connection to a Hub provided by WinStar utilizing spectrum in which WinStar holds a license.

  • Customer shall receive the benefits of the On the Network V Lit Building Access Promotion for Dedicated Access loops installed after the Amended and Restated Effective Date.
