Listing Time definition

Listing Time means the time, at or after the Effective Time, when the Exchangeable Shares and the Preferred Shares are unconditionally listed on the TSX;
Listing Time means the time, immediately after the completion of the transactions referred to in Subsection 3.01(1), when both the New EnCana Common Shares continue to be listed, and the Cenovus Common Shares are listed, on the TSX;
Listing Time means the time at which the Ovintiv Common Shares are listed for trading on the TSX;
