Listed Option means an Option which is quoted on the ASX; “Listing Rule(s)” means the Listing Rules of the ASX;

Listed Option a standardised option which is effected through a clearing system. The closing or settlement of a single Financial Transaction may thus increase the Margin Requirements relating to existing Open Transactions. “Market value” the value of Financial Assets and Open Financial Transactions which can be obtained from time to time by the sale of such Financial Assets or by the closure of such Open Financial Transactions. The Market value shall be fixed by the Bank on the basis of the market rates prevailing from time to time. Concerning unlisted Financial Assets, the Bank shall determine the Market value in view of market conditions from time to time. “Net settlement” the settlement of two opposite Financial Transactions concerning the same Financial Asset, the same value date and the same nominal amount, where the Parties agree that no physical delivery of the Financial Assets shall be made. “Open Financial Transactions” Financial Transactions which have not been settled and in respect of which there is no Closing transaction. “Opening transactions” – as regards Forward Contracts: a Forward Contract relating to a purchase (sale) of a given Financial Asset, where the Client has not already entered into a forward Transaction relating to a sale (purchase) of the same Financial Asset and with the same Value date (offsetting forward contract) – as regards options and futures: a purchase (sale) of an Option or Futures Contract on a given Financial Asset, where the Client has not already entered into a sale (purchase) of an Option or Futures Contract on the same Financial Asset and with the same Value Date (offsetting option/futures contract).
