Listed materials definition

Listed materials means equipment and materials included in a list published by a nationally recognized testing laboratory that maintain periodic inspections of production of listed equipment and materials and whose listing states either that the equipment and materials meet nationally recognized standards or have been tested and found suitable for use in a specific manner and has been approved for use in a manufacturer’s installation manual or an approval in writing by the division’s technical advisory council (TAC).

  • Restricted materials means pesticides established as restricted materials under Title 3, California Code of Regulations, section 6400.

  • Printed Materials means all artwork and mechanicals set forth on the disc label of the PlayStation Disc relating to any of the Licensed Products and on or inside any Packaging for the Licensed Product, and all instructional manuals, liners, inserts, trade dress and other user information to be inserted into the Packaging.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Prohibited Materials any products or materials that: do not conform to relevant standards or codes of practice; or are generally known within the construction industry at the time of specification to be deleterious to health and safety or the durability of buildings or structures in the particular circumstances in which they are specified for use;

  • Specified Materials means the basic materials required on the Site for the execution and completion of Works, which shall include fuel and lubricants; cement; aggregates; steel reinforcement; timber and gravel.
