Listed Class definition

Listed Class means a class of Units of a Sub-Fund which is listed on either the SEHK or any other Recognised Stock Exchange.

Examples of Listed Class in a sentence

  • The second method is to buy or to sell Listed Class Units in the secondary market on the SEHK which is more suitable for retail investors.

Related to Listed Class

  • Affected Class has the meaning specified in Section 2.24(a).
