Listed Borrower definition
Listed Borrower means each Borrower listed on any nationally recognized securities exchange in the United States. As of the Effective Date, CCT and FSIC are the only Listed Borrowers.

If such Borrower is or becomes a Listed Borrower hereunder, such Borrower shall at all times from and after the first day it qualifies as a Listed Borrower hereunder maintain its status as a Listed Borrower.
