Notwithstanding the foregoing, the foregoing shall not limit or restrict in any way any communications between any of Orius, LISN, the Orius Stockholders, the LISN Shareholders and the legal, accounting or other professional advisors or lenders to any of the foregoing for the purpose of facilitating the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Each reference to "Orius" or "LISN" herein shall be deemed to be a reference to such Person and its predecessors, collectively.
If you breach the provisions of this paragraph, the LISN may, in addition asserting any other rights and remedies existing in its favor, apply to any court of law or equity of competent jurisdiction for specific performance and/or injunctive or other relief in order to enforce or prevent any violations of the provisions hereof.
