Liquor Enterprise means land used or a building designed or used for the purpose of carrying on retail trade in liquor products as defined in terms of the Liquor Act, 1989 (Act No. 27 of 1989) and the Gauteng Liquor Act, 2003 (Act No. 2 of 2003)
