Liquidity Conversion Basis definition
Liquidity Conversion Basis means, for each holder of Preferred Shares, the number of Conversion Shares into which each Preferred Share is then convertible, which number, at any particular time, is equal to the result obtained (rounded down to the nearest whole number) by dividing (i) the Aggregate Preferred Share Issue Price, by (ii) the Conversion Price.
