Liquidation Stores definition

Liquidation Stores shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.13(a).

  • On or before December 31, 1997, the Seller shall provide the Buyer with a written list of all operational, administrative and other expenses incurred with respect to the Liquidation Stores during the period of October 15, 1997 through December 15, 1997.
