On or before December 31, 1997, the Seller shall provide the Buyer with a written list of all operational, administrative and other expenses incurred with respect to the Liquidation Stores during the period of October 15, 1997 through December 15, 1997.
The Buyer also shall be responsible for and shall pay directly or shall promptly reimburse the Seller or the Parent, as applicable, for all expenses associated with services not requested by Buyer to be cancelled and for all other expenses incurred at the request of the Buyer in conducting the sale of the Inventory in the Liquidation Stores (the "Sale").
