Liquidation Distributions definition

Liquidation Distributions means, with respect to each of the Series 5 Preferred Securities, the liquidation preference per share as provided by the terms thereof, plus accrued and unpaid Distributions to the Liquidation Date.
Liquidation Distributions means Distributions made by the Corporation to holders of Common Stock in liquidation of the Corporation including liquidation upon or following a sale of all or substantially all of the business or assets of the Corporation and its subsidiaries on a consolidated basis. The Board of Directors’ determination that a Distribution or a series of Distributions is or is not a Liquidation Distribution shall be conclusive.
Liquidation Distributions means, with respect to each of the Series 10 Preferred Securities, the liquidation preference per preferred security as provided by the terms thereof, plus accrued and unpaid Distributions, if any, to the Liquidation Date.

  • Distributions means amounts payable in respect of the Trust Securities as provided in Section 4.1.
