With respect to certain Consultant’s Controlled Expenses, the Liquidation Consultant will advance funds for these expenses and the Debtors will thereafter reimburse the Liquidation Consultant for such expenses.
The Debtors will pay the Liquidation Consultant a First Quality Merchandise Incentive Fee that is between 0.75% and 1.75%, based on the total amount of First Quality Gross Proceeds, net of sales taxes.
