Liquidated Property. The Property, if it has been liquidated and the Special Servicer has determined that all amounts which it expects to recover from or on account of the Property have been recovered.
Liquidated Property. The Property or Foreclosed Property, if it has been liquidated.

  • Blighted property means property that meets any of the following criteria:

  • Related Property means a parcel of real property, together with improvements thereon and personal property related thereto, that is “related” within the meaning of the definition of Significant Obligor, to the Property.
