Liquid Yield Option Note Documents definition
Liquid Yield Option Note Documents means the Liquid Yield Option Note Indenture, the Liquid Yield Option Notes and all other instruments, documents and agreements executed in connection therewith, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance with the Parent Guaranty.
