Liquid Damage definition

Liquid Damage means any unintentional damage caused to the Covered Product by an accidental spill of liquids in/on the Covered Product that results in it not being able to function in its intended manner of Normal Use.

More Definitions of Liquid Damage

Liquid Damage. Any externally visible damage, destruction and Oxidation caused directly by contact with water or another liquid of the Insured Device that prevents it from working properly and is the result of a sudden and unforeseeable Accident suffered by You and the Insured Device. Insured Device: Any smartphone or tablet purchased through Epic Malta, that must be in good working condition (displaying virtually and technically no imperfections) prior to taking out this insurance policy, and that will be covered under it.
