Liquid Cash Available means, the unallocated money available in the Operating Checking Account.

Wherewith if the amount of the bonus calculated in accordance with Section 4(b) hereof shall exceed the Liquid Cash Available, the remaining unpaid portion of such bonus shall (except at otherwise provided in Section 12(a) (ii) hereof be payable in Restricted Stock.
For purposes of the foregoing, the term "Liquid Cash Available" shall mean, the unallocated money available in the Operating Checking Account.
