Lipid Nanoparticle definition
Lipid Nanoparticle means any delivery technology for mRNA or other nucleic acids using solid particles at room temperature, of 50-1,000 nm size, consisting of solid lipids or a mixture of a solid lipid and a liquid lipid.
Lipid Nanoparticle has the meaning set forth in the License Agreement.
