LinQuest means LinQuest Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and each of its subsidiaries, parents and affiliates that are to be acquired by KBR and/or its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the LinQuest Purchase Agreement (including Empyrean Technology Solutions Intermediate, Inc., a Delaware corporation).
