Linked Sites definition

Linked Sites means third party web sites and resources linked to by URL’s placed on the UPS Web Sites or UPS Technology.
Linked Sites means links on the Site that lead to other websites maintained by independent parties over which Fairly Staffing has no control. This includes social networking sites whose content is partially or entirely contributed to by the Site. The contents of each Linked Site should be used in compliance with the terms of use stated therein.
Linked Sites means third party operated hyperlinks.

Related to Linked Sites

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.
